Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern your participation in any classes, workshops, events, camps, stage programs, Arangettam, or online sessions conducted by Passionfoot Art Space (LLP).

By enrolling in any of our programs or using our services, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions. These terms apply to all students, parents, guardians, and participants.

1. About Our Services

Passionfoot Art Space (LLP) provides regular weekly classes in Art, Dance, Music, and Wellness. We conduct offline classes and online sessions accessible to participants from anywhere.

In addition to regular classes, we organize workshops, camps, stage programs, arangettam performances, celebrations, and special events from time to time.

All programs are subject to availability of instructors, studio space, and scheduling requirements. Passionfoot Art Space (LLP) reserves the right to modify class timings, instructors, formats, or program structure when required.

2. Registration

A registration fee of ₹500 is applicable for all regular class enrollments. This registration fee is strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.

Workshops and special events may carry separate registration fees, which will be communicated at the time of enrollment.

Registration confirms acceptance of these Terms & Conditions and secures a student's place in the selected program.

3. Fees and Payments

  • Payments can be made through Razorpay, UPI QR, or cash.
  • Monthly fees must be paid on time as communicated by Passionfoot Art Space (LLP).
  • For regular classes, one month's fee is collected in advance at the time of joining. This advance amount will be treated as the last month fee if a student discontinues suddenly without prior formal notice.
  • If a student clears all outstanding dues and formally informs Passionfoot Art Space (LLP) of discontinuation, the advance amount will be refunded.
  • Passionfoot Art Space (LLP) reserves the right to revise fees, payment schedules, or pricing structures with prior notice.
  • Failure to clear pending fees may result in suspension of classes or access to programs.

4. Attendance and Leave Policy

  • Students are required to inform Passionfoot Art Space (LLP) in advance if they plan to take leave from classes. There is no fixed notice period; however, advance communication is mandatory.
  • If a student remains absent for one full month without informing Passionfoot Art Space (LLP), the monthly fee will still apply.
  • If a student informs before the beginning of the month:
    • They may take leave for up to three months without paying fees. During this period, the student will be temporarily disabled in our system.
    • After three months of inactive leave, the student will be removed from the WhatsApp group.
  • Rejoining rules are as follows:
    • Students may rejoin within one year without paying the ₹500 registration fee again.
    • If rejoining after one year, the registration fee will be applicable.
  • Attendance is the responsibility of the student. If a student misses a class for personal reasons, there will be no reduction in fees and no rescheduling of that class.
  • If a class is cancelled from Passionfoot Art Space (LLP)'s side, we will either reschedule the session or adjust the fee for that particular class.

5. Student Conduct

All students are expected to behave respectfully toward instructors, staff, and fellow students. Discipline, cooperation, and a positive learning environment are essential.

Passionfoot Art Space (LLP) reserves the right to suspend or permanently remove any student for repeated misconduct, inappropriate behaviour, arrogance, or disruption of the learning environment. In such cases, any fees already paid will not be refunded.

6. Missed Classes

Classes missed by students for personal reasons are not refundable. Make-up classes are not guaranteed.

Class schedules may change due to faculty availability, holidays, maintenance, or special events.

7. Workshops and Events

Participation in workshops, camps, stage programs, and special events is optional and charged separately.

Refunds related to workshops and events follow the Refund & Cancellation Policy published on our website.

8. Online Classes

  • For online sessions, participants are responsible for having a stable internet connection and suitable device.
  • Passionfoot Art Space (LLP) is not responsible for technical issues arising from the participant's side.
  • Recording, screen capturing, or redistribution of any class content is strictly prohibited.

9. Photography and Video Consent

By enrolling, students and parents grant consent to Passionfoot Art Space (LLP) to capture and use photos or videos during classes, events, and performances for social media, website, and promotional purposes.

If a parent or student does not agree to this, written communication must be provided in advance.

10. Intellectual Property

All choreography, teaching methods, lesson formats, artworks, music arrangements, and educational materials are the intellectual property of Passionfoot Art Space (LLP).

These may not be copied, shared, reproduced, or used commercially without written permission.

11. Health and Wellness Disclaimer

Wellness programs such as Yoga and Zumba are conducted for general fitness and wellbeing purposes only.

Participants must inform instructors of any medical conditions or physical limitations. Passionfoot Art Space (LLP) shall not be held responsible for injuries resulting from undisclosed health issues or improper practice.

12. Changes to Terms

Passionfoot Art Space (LLP) reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued participation indicates acceptance of the revised terms.
